COVID-19

Friday, May 1, 2020

As the uncertainty of COVID-19 continues to unfold, we want to assure you that we remain vigilant to the safety and well-being of our staff and clients.  We will continue to serve our clients on a daily basis and operate under the guidelines below for the foreseeable future.

 As a reminder…

Office Visits: We are temporarily unavailable for in person meetings or walk in visits and will be working remotely for the time being. We have the ability to securely access all of our systems and records with the same capabilities that we have in the office.

Communication: While we look forward to face-to-face visits when we re-open our office, we are asking for communications to be by email or telephone at this time. We will continue to receive voice mail messages. Face-to-face meetings are an option if an emergency (but would follow all CDC guidelines), however this is not the preferred method during this critical time of high virus spread.

These are unprecedented times that require us all to have patience and flexibility, with the ultimate goal to keep everyone healthy and safe. We are thankful for our clients and we are fortunate to be able to continue to work remotely and do our part to help slow the spread of this virus. We look forward to re-opening our office facilities and seeing you again in person in the near future.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 941-366-8424 or info@atlasinsuranceagency.com
